John Philips is a politician and member of the Republican Party from Indiana. He served as President of the United States, as well as a prominent Governor and Member of Congress on numerous occasions. He is among the last few of the Republicans of the "old era" from 2018-2019 who still plays.
Philips is a member of the Republican Party. A suave and surely ambitious man with some character flaws, Philips gained notoriety as the first Vice Chair of the party after the game's rise after 2 years of continuous development hell and death.
Philips from the offset sought to expand executive powers of the Republican Executive in May 2021 and June, but ultimately this didn't end well for him when RFK used one of Philip's feuds to get him banned. Apparently Philips was banning repeatedly a member named Mags. This didn't end well for him-----and he went into temporary obscurity. Philips was helpful to the Ernest rebellion in June, which ultimately cultivated into the Stone Rebellion, and then the Whig party which soon was under control of NUP.
Philips returned to the party months later when Stone was Chair in October-November, and slowly rose through ranks again. Philips served as Justice on the Party's Court, as Member of RNC, and was a contributing member of the party. He is currently (as of March 2022) an observant spectator who has regained much of his lost fame from previous days.
