The Twelfth Presidential Election took place on July 18, 2021. Incumbent President Skyler Mizuki had already been elected to two terms prior and thus was ineligible to run for re-election. The Democratic ticket of incumbent Vice President Pirate Prentice and incumbent President Skyler Mizuki defeated the Republican ticket of former Indiana Senator Lamar Alexander and Wisconsin Representative Aidan Barnett.

This was the final election of Closed Alpha 2.0.
